A Beluga Whale and their calf taking direction. My Mushom brought home Beluga Whales one time on one of his many hunting and fisherman trips. I’m guessing they went up the “Nelson River” to the “Hudson’s Bay” to hunt for them. Beluga have also been known to migrate to the “Halifax” area, this is the connection I am making, if the animals travelled here, then so did the peoples. The connection lines are meant to represent a clockwise circle of life and migration. To show the connection from a young being and their parent.
